How do I hire a product?

Our pieces are all available for hire online via our website. A booking calendar is provided per product where you can select your desired delivery date. Click the  Add To Cart button to proceed to checkout. Your order will be processed once you have made payment.

What If I damage the product?

We understand that accidents happen, so don't stress! If in the unfortunate situation you have damaged your product do not try to mend or clean the product yourself. We will take care of that for you. Simply contact The Lux Closet and let us know about the damages. Depending on the damage, you may need to pay a small fee.

When will I receive my product?

We offer an express shipping service. You should receive your product either a day before or on the day of your chosen delivery date.

Can I try on my product before I purchase it?

Unfortunately we only provide an online service so this is not possible. However, if you are not happy with the product received, contact The Lux Closet the same day as your product arrival. You may then return the product back to us and we will offer an exchange of size or style for an extra fee of $30.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Refunds can be issued only to cancellations made two weeks prior to the selected delivery date.
